Day 365 – Done!: It’s over! I’ve finally got through one year documenting every day with a photo. It’s been fun and I’ve ended up recording an important year of my life; first proper job, moved out of home, set a date to get married, shot my first festival and my first winter wedding. On top of that I’ve shot some GREAT bands – juts off the top of my head my faves were Biffy Clyro, Paramore, Lamb of God, Job For a Cowboy, ZZ Top, Papa Roach, Steel Panther…it goes on! Thanks for following me, and why not give it a go yourself?

Day 89 – Feeling festive: Last night we got our first Christmas tree, which means I got to put the best decorations in the whole world on it 🙂

Day 65 – And We’re Done: Today, we finally seem to have finished sorting everything out and storing all of our collective stuff.  For the first time since we moved in, everything has its own place – even the rubber ducks.  Now we just need some of my photography on the walls and it’ll be perfect!

Day 64 – We Got the Tower: Woo!  The CD tower is finished and my many CDs now have a trendy new home, much like myself, only I don’t live on a shelf.

Day 62 – Doing It Ourselves: Seeing as Slayer had to postpone their tour, I had an evening in with Ellie in the new pad.  We made a trip to Argos to get a CD unit and a bookshelf and started to build the former.  We’ve not finished though as a) lots of glue needs to dry and b) I need to buy a hammer.  One thing I don’t need though is a screwdriver, as not only do I have one already, but it’s a magnetic one!

Day 61 – Settling In: Today was all about getting used to the new flat for me, as I had the day off to continue sorting stuff out.  Ellie had to go to Uni so was out all day.  However, we were able to actually the evening without being too tired, and to mark that we cracked open the bubbly provided by my parents – thank you very much!  As you can see, we’ve had a few cards from different people as well, so if you’ve sent us one, thank you also!

Day 60 – Home Sweet Home: We’ve finally done it!  After being together for 5 and a half years, going to different unis and then still not being able to live together for more than a year after graduation, today Ellie and I finally moved into our first place together.  We’ve moved to a flat and it’s awesome!  We still got plenty of unpacking to do, but it’s starting to feel like home already.

Day 57 – Movin’ on Out, Not Movin’ on Up: Ahead of Ellie and I moving into our new flat this week, today I offically moved out of home, reducing my world to a series of boxes and bags.  Roll on Tuesday!
