Day 296 – The End: Our hols came to an end today. Before going away I’d invested in my first ND grad filter to try and do a proper sunset picture. This is one of my favourites so far, just a shame the night I went to the beach the sunset was pretty lame! Oh yeah, in unrelated news, happy birthday to my Dad!
Day 288 – Kenilworth Sunset: We’re in Kenilworth tonight as tomorrow we go on our holidays with Ellie’s parents plus her younger sister and her boyfriend. Anyway, this was the sunset as spotted from Ellie’s parents’ front window tonight – pretty bitchin’.
Day 285 – Not the Only One: Just thought I’d post this pic that Ellie snapped while I was out recently – pretty good sunset shot considering she doesn’t know how to set up my camera! The bug is catching!
Day 277 – Sun(set) City: Sunsets like this are ace. This was taken from our back window and it was quite spectacular.
Day 108 – Back to the Grind: Today it was back to work, which wasn’t great. Also, thanks to the clear day it was chuffing cold although the sunset was very nice. I only managed to grab the end of it with my compact as I waited for the train home, but still some good colours to behold.
Day 13 – Start as you mean to go on: October is looking like a good month already! Today has been very positive and has made me very excited about the next few weeks. I finally received my wireless flash trigger, so should be able to get very creative with my lighting soon, I’ve got a confirmed slot on the guestlist with a photo pass for my first gig in ages tomorrow – the pop punk upstarts All Time Low – and, I got offered that job that I interviewed for on Tuesday! To top it all there was also a great sunset which, as you can clearly see, is today’s pic. I’ve got another interview tomorrow and at least one great gig to go to and photograph next week as well, so if October continues in this way I will be one very happy camper!
