Day 365 – Done!: It’s over! I’ve finally got through one year documenting every day with a photo. It’s been fun and I’ve ended up recording an important year of my life; first proper job, moved out of home, set a date to get married, shot my first festival and my first winter wedding. On top of that I’ve shot some GREAT bands – juts off the top of my head my faves were Biffy Clyro, Paramore, Lamb of God, Job For a Cowboy, ZZ Top, Papa Roach, Steel Panther…it goes on! Thanks for following me, and why not give it a go yourself?

Day 361 – Thoughtful Dad: Yes, a black and white wide aperture portrait of my Dad looking out of frame and reasonably pensive is clichéd, arty tosh to the max, but I don’t care! It’s my photo and I like it!

Day 326 – The Union: Back to a full week of work today, so I’ve decided to post this band shot of The Union that I shot at Sonisphere – great band and great guys too.

Day 320 – Photo Challenge: It’s Tuesday, which means Photo Challenge day. This week’s theme was music, suggested by me, and this was my entry – Pete Shoulder of The Union, taken at the weekend at Sonisphere.

Day 313 – Fork You: This is the forks shot I settled on for this week’s Photo-Challenge. If you click right here on this linky you can see the other entries and find out how to take part next week. Like I said before, it’s run by my school pal Jonathan Gazeley and it’s good fun, so why not give it a go yourself? I even chose next week’s theme – which explains why it’s ‘music’!

Day 310 – Fork Off: Yes, there’s two forks, but I can explain…this is a potential entry for the photo challenge organised by one of my old school pals. This week’s theme is ‘fork’ so I’ll post my final entry on here on Tuesday – challenge deadline day.

Day 291 – One Year On: A year ago today I shot my first ever wedding – that of one of my best mates Robin and his lady Jenny. Robin is going to be one of my best men when I get married next year. Their day was great and this shot is probably my favourite from it. How quickly time flies! You can see more of Robin + Jenny’s day on my normal blog, right here.

Day 290 – Coming Home: Today we hit St David’s – the smallest city in the world (I think). This was shot inside the cathedral, which tries to charge you £1.50 to take a photo or £10 to use a tripod…I handheld and paid sod all, like just about everyone else I saw!

Day 287 – Best Wishes to Matthew: Today I heard that Matthew Leone, Madina Lake’s bassist who I interviewed and photographed last October, was viciously attacked in Chicago after stopping a guy beating up his wife. Matthew is currently in a very serious condition in hospital, my thoughts are with him, his family and bandmates.
