Day 137 – Bit Weird: Anyone who follows my tweets will have seen that, supporting Lacuna Coil last night, was a band called Dirty Little Rabbits, which features the Clown from Slipknot on the drums. They were quite strange, and this pic sums them up pretty well.

Day 136 – Isn’t She Lovely?: This is Christina and she sings for Lacuna Coil, who I photographed tonight at the Academy – my first gig of 2010! The band were pretty good, but I was very surprised at how few people turned up to watch.

Day 135 – Go Bowl: Acocks Green, while not being the coolest place in the world, does have a bowling alley, which is much fun. We went today and I had a mixed session. First game – 130, which was good, second game – only 99, and I only avoided defeat on my last go. Still, a good time was had by all.

Day 131 – The Jewel of the Black Country: The phrase “Today I had the pleasure of visiting” is not usually followed by “Wolverhampton” unless you’re taking the piss, and I’m very serious so I’ll just say this…Today I visited Wolverhampton. This photo shows what nice pavements they have – I’m glad I only normally have to see it at night when I’m covering a gig!

Day 130 – Back to Normal: Today saw the removal of Ellie’s cast after her broken wrist, which means her left forearm is seeing daylight for the first time since mid-December. A text saying “I’m quite scaley” was sexy enough, but seeing it for real…I’m speechless. Actually, I’m not. In a word – rank!
